With more than two decades of progressive professional sales and management experience in the pest control industry, Tamera “Tammy” Dosenbach has developed an eye for financial structure with a focus on growth, profits and improving operations. A successful entrepreneur, she also has helped build a number of small service and retail businesses in the accounting, beauty and printing industries. 

Tammy currently is a business intermediary (broker), Succession Planner (Consultant) and Certified Mediator (Negotiator) with A+ Business Brokers/pestcontrolbiz.com. She has experience intercepting legal matters and consulting on acquisition opportunities for various companies. From 1988-1998, Tammy also worked as a USPTA certified tennis instructor with a focus on developing park district programs and coaching. 

In 1996, Tammy inspired the U.S. Military to outsource its pest control services, earning her the Award for the Great Lakes Naval Training Center and associated military bases, followed by the Award for the North Chicago Veterans Administration. 

Tammy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DePaul University, as well as a certificate in Commercial Mediations from DePaul’s College of Law. Currently she is a master’s candidate studying Mergers and Acquisitions at the DePaul University School for New Learning. Tammy is licensed in Structural Pest Control by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
